What can I say .. if I could give a worse review I would. Booked 3 nights stayed one .. beyond dirty, pool was cloudy green and my kids crapped their pants.. breakfast was construction guys touching everything thing bare handed and it was empty at 6:40 and opened at 630.. AC was broke bathroom door didn't open all the way... Just creepy tattooed employees lurking in every corner... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

The desk service was very quick and efficient. The front of the property was neat and clean, but part of the interior corridor had not been vacuumed and an ancilliary entrance was in need of cleaning and disinfecting although it was Sunday. I can see some of the changes by Ramada which is good.

Omg I can not believe that this place would even be open to serve people. We checked in late because we had rain but we called to let them know. I went to the desk and checked in and i was given a room. The parking lot is disgusting the doors to enter the girl are being held open by large rocks. There is trash all over the parking lot and hotel keys (cards) scattered everywhere. The first room they gave us was terrible and scary to walk to. The hall was like going through hell all you can smell is Marijuana trash all over the carpet and walls were disgusting. We entered the room and the ac did not work. We had to get another room. The second room ac was working but it was so loud. The key card did not open the room i had to get another set it fid not open the hotel entry doors either that's why there was rocks holding the glass doors open. Felt very unsafe i told the clerk and she said that they kick the rocks out of the way so the doors close but that's not true because when we went out to eat and came back after 12 the rocks were still there. I have some pictures of this hotel that i need to share with you but don't know how. This hotel brings Expedia a bad name because it's filthy and very unsafe.I want a refund because I this was the worst stay i have stayed at and also put the safety of my family at risk because there were no other available hotelsnear by. I booked for 6 nights, the temperature was 95 degrees and the A/C wasn’t working, They just said we’re going to check it and they never did, the same thing with the bathtub, the water wasn’t running and it seems like they don’t care and they just clean the room 2 times in 7 days

I didn't like anything about the hotel . The room was stuffy and the A/C did not work. I couldn't rest due to the loud a/c. The rooms near the service desk hallway was vacuumed and cleaned. The rest of the hotel had dog hair snd trash throughout walk ways The receptionist seen that I had alot of luggage she never suggested to put me in a 1st floor room due the evator not working. I would never recommend this hotel. Stay away Stay away... The pictures on the internet are not the same in person.
