  • This luxurious home is located in the subdivision called Sunnyside. Property is surrounded by lakes, rivers amazing parks like Venetian park and Marina. Also, minutes from Leesburg's quaint downtown, shopping mall, the cool Sea Plane City of Tavares, nearby golf courses, main highways, and only an hour away from Central Florida main attractions and International airport.
    Cooking facilities are limited, so if you need a full kitchen, please consider booking our main house instead.
    Pool and outdoor jacuzzi are not heated.
    Plenty of room for parking, including boat trailer or RV.

    Three rentals are on the property:

    The main house is a large 3 BR 2 BA unit with a full kitchen and sunroom. Maximum occupancy eight.

    THIIS UNIT: The guest house is a 2 BR 1 BA in a separate building with a kitchenette (no oven). Maximum occupancy six.

    The “penthouse” is a private suite with a balcony, a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, and a kitchenette (no oven). Maximum occupancy seven.
