Staff at reception was very attentive, specifically the lady from Nepal (sorry, I’m really bad with names) I wish there were things in the room that guests probably need like an iron or a steamer for clothing, shower head cap etc. I like the hotel and the location.

The apartments are very well located, only 10 minutes' walk from Heumarkt and a 5-minute walk from Poststraße U-bahn station. Room was well furnished, very clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. The entrance way, hallways and elevator were not well kept and looked like they had not been cleaned in awhile.
