“This is a great spot, Cute updated motel that was a great place to stay for our family.”

“When we arrived we’re were given a “key” to our room. After entering we quickly realized that this was someone’s else’s room because their things were still there. Good thing they weren’t stepping out of the shower when we entered! Back to the desk..no apologies just here’s another room for you. We quickly left for. Our planned event and only realized the next morning that there wasn’t any soap or shampoo! Pretty expensive stay not to at least have the basics We both found the hotel in need……

“Easy access and close to all amenities. Big yard area for kids to play. Well off the road and quiet.”

“Be aware that parking is not on site!!! And adds significant cost and inconvenience. Also be aware this is a virtual experience, and the people you may end up speaking with are not in this country. Check in is quite involved ; uploading drivers license, selfie, etc. It was terrible trying to find parking from instructions. Once I figured all this out, which was really frustrating, I’d be fine with the next virtual experience with Kasa, and I might consider it. Younger generations will find it……

“I called and used your app to communicate about my booking. The management company you had on file said they no longer manage. I had to make other arrangements to stay for the 3 days. They did reach out the day I was supposed to check in at 11 PM, mind you, saying they would honor my reservation. Hell, I had to book a stay somewhere else. Said they would look into getting me a refund! NOPE...no communication.”
