“Das Hotel bzw. das Zimmer entsprach nicht dem, was ich gebucht hatte: Ich hatte ein (teureres) Businesszimmer gebucht, bekam aber ein heruntergewirtschaftetes Monteurzimmer mit Spinnweben, dreckiger Tischdecke, dreckigem Fußboden, defekter und uralter Inneneinrichtung etc. Die Fenster boten keinen Schallschutz vor dem Lärm der direkt vor dem Haus verlaufenden Hauptverkehrsstraße. Im Zimmer war geraucht worden. Check-out war um 9 Uhr und nicht, wie in der Buchung angegeben, um 12 Uhr.”

“We enjoyed all aspects of our stay at this family owned property. The location provides easy access to local attractions and is close to the Autobahn. The accommodations were clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was a tasty selection of breads and various deli-type accompaniments. The staff were friendly and attentive. “I stayed for the first time for an extended weekend at the Intercity Hotel. The hotel team was very nice and helpful. The rooms are in good shape and clean. “Negativ: die Parkplatzsituation. Es gab eine tolle Übersicht, wo sie die zum Hotel zugehörigen Parkplätze befinden, allerdings waren diese abends bei unserer Anreise alle belegt. Wir standen daraufhin in einer tagsüber gebührenpflichtigen Zone. Morgens hatten wir Glück, dass am Hotel ein Parkplatz frei war, erfuhren dann aber erst zufällig beim Frühstück, dass dieser nach 2 Stunden gebührenpflichtig sei... Ladesäulen gibt es dort keine, man muss auf die öffentlichen der Stadt ausweichen. Wir……
