“Spotless room, very kind staff, great location. The only problem was that when we came back one night to the hotel on Saturday at 21:00, we requested to charge our electric car and the staff had no clue what the procedure was and how to activate the charging station and he told us he did not have information which was unacceptable. ”

“This hotel is clean and convient! Besides, all the staffs over there are quite friendly and did a big favour to me really on my trip. I will stay there on next time and make a highly comment on their service as 4 stars level! I strong recommend you guys to stay here if you plan to visit around Aarau, Basel.... the west-northern area of Switzerland.”
