“Didn't respect my reservations. Reserved two double queen rooms, received one double queen and a single. After a back and forth confirming my reservation was for two double queen's room I still ended paying for a third room to cover the 4th bed need by my guests. To put the cherry on top their fire alarms were malfunctioning and woke us up at 4am and 6am after a long stressful night”
