La propriétaire a « manqué notre réservation » : donc logement pas préparé à notre arrivée. Puis elle parle de vérifier si nous avons réservé la formule avec petit déjeuner, alors qu’Expedia affiche que le petit déjeuner est compris… A noter aussi que la terrasse devant la maison ( côté mer) est celle du restaurant voisin."

"Pool area was exceptional, that was first and foremost. Property felt secure upon entry, had a gate that was managed by security 24/7\. First time on the grounds it was a little difficult finding the front desk but after a couple minutes it was very easy to orientate yourself to the grounds. Included a morning breakfast that was a coffee, juice, and croissant or toast; anything else cost extra. Taking a star off because we returned to the room after being gone all day to our door swung wide open. When housekeeping came through they forgot to latch the door shut. Had a split second thought we were robbed, as my laptop was missing but the staff had just moved it off the table while cleaning. That 3 seconds of carelessness could have derailed our entire trip to paradise...it shouldnt ever come to that."

"The beach is absolutely beautiful! The swimming pools are very nice. The grounds are very well maintained although there are areas that need to have outdoor lighting restored rather than abandonning the fixtures. Areas around the ground floor patios need refreshing. The staff is very friendly however service is slow. The resort is older but in general it is in reasonable repair. The rooms all need to be remodeled. There is no microwave, mini-refrigerator or in-room coffee. Overall our stay at the resort and on the island was very good. Our pre-arranged taxi service was excellant and puncturial. "

"I wanted to love this resort but I must say the hotel is in terrible conditions. I checked into my Room and there was a broken makeup mirror and Blood on the bathroom (room 548) wall and the overhead shower was not working.. I contacted the front desk and they told me they would come and fix it. They never did.I spoke to the front desk agent Named Jackie and she spoke to her manager (she was helpful she put the notes on my account about the damages and gave me a $150.00 credit but they ended up charging me )The food was great but the staff wasn’t very friendly. After checking out my Credit card was charged $1300.00 for a broken mirror that I reported when I first checked in. I contacted the resort to fix these changes and every time I called they said they would get back to me never did . Now I’m disputing this with my credit card. Stay far away from this resort . "

"Nice property however, they ran out of towels quickly. They have small variety of food and too much pork. No island special fruits and such. Not enough activities or entertainment. During booking it stated night club but there were none. This resort is for the elders and not younger adults. Additionally we were given special Expedia bracelets for some access but were not able to use it. The cruise ship drop off point was at the resort so it made the sea dirty and not desirable to swim"

"Be forewarned, it's a random pick if you get a good room or not. Not all rooms are the same as advertised. Stayed longer than a week, changed room once. Paid for an ocean view (and a sanctuary in paradise). First room was near the loading dock and ear jarring noise at 10pm (trash compactor) and from 6am-8am (trucks going forward and backing up). 75% view of the ship harbor, which was pretty but wasn't the ocean. Second room quiet, but 10% harbor view (90% green turf surface, fences or mountain/sky). I felt like I drew a short straw (twice) for what I paid especially as you see the numerous rooms overlooking the ocean. So, if you get a nice room, you're happy. If you don't, well..."
