"We stopped here on the way back from Myrtle Beach, because of the good reviews on hotels.com. We got three rooms, and we were all pretty tired. My room, the bedsheets were stained, and the comforter was stained. I should’ve contacted the other two rooms to inquire, but I was tired and just wanted to sleep. The next morning, I asked the other two parties, the second room had the same problem as ours. Stain sheets and stained comforters. The third room….. their sheets and comforters was fine, but the toilet needed to be flushed! Did you ever clean that room use it and not flush it? Was the room ever cleaned? We complained to the front desk the next morning and all he said was I’ll tell the manager…."

"Our registration process was a challenge as the attendant was unable to locate our reservation by our last name. The shower hot water on the 3rd floor took at least 20 minutes to warm up!!"
