"Sandy Feet is a super cute home with everything you could need or want. We felt right at home and loved all the personal touches! We had fires after lots of beach time! Highly recommend this home. Communication is quick and the whole process was seamless!"

"This cottage was a rare find! It is close to every attraction in Lexington. The neighborhood is beautiful for morning walks and the beach access could not have been easier! Our host was incredibly attentive and you will miss out if you don't book this property!"

"Cute house. Street noise is very loud so not super relaxing to spend time outside. The beach was ok, tiny, but my dog had a good time. Bring water shoes, the rocks hurt! There are huge metal walls breaking the beach up between properties. Made it feel unwelcoming and closed off and pretty ugly."

"The house was clean and spacious. Everything worked as it should. Make sure to bring beach towels. The golf cart was an awesome amenity and made getting to the beach quick, easy, and fun. Hot tub was hot and clean. The window air conditioners were a little loud and made some funny noises a few times but that's me just stretching to find something to critique. A great property 5 minutes drive from downtown Lexington. Great communication from the hosts."

"Let me start by talking about how awesome the property is. The pool, gazebo, fire table, fire pit, and the houses themselves are worthy of five stars plus. The a/c works very well and keeps both homes very comfortable. Having a pool is perfect, so much better than a lake. Three kids learned to swim, which could never have happened in the lake. The walk to downtown is very short and doable for most everyone. Lexington Coffee is the best! Now, for the things that kept me from giving five stars. The wi-fi does not work and, according to reviews that go back a few years, it never has worked. The host never responded to my request for help. The refrigerator in the main house doesn’t keep food cold. Not good! There were 12 of us staying and we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels by the end of the second day. We had to go buy propane for the fire table and/or grille. The mattresses have needed replacement for a long time, per older reviews. They are very uncomfortable. The kitchens are lacking decent pots and pans, so bring your own. In closing, despite the negatives, we will be going back. The pool outweighs every single negative item mentioned."

"John and I think this was our best Vrbo stay of any. Everything was so clean when we arrived. Love the labels on everything so when we left we knew where everything went. We woke up to beautiful sunrises almost every morning. Brian was great with a quick response to a question we had on day 1. Lots of beach/yard chairs. An awesome 3 tier deck for lots of people. Would highly recommend for any medium to large group."
