“My stay at Summit Hotel Tacloban City was a mixed bag. On the cleanliness side, I'd rate it 3 stars — the hotel needs to step up its housekeeping standards overall, as several areas could have been noticeably cleaner during my visit. That said, the operations team more than made up for it, and I'm giving that side a full 5 stars. A special shoutout to Ely Laurent Almeria, who provided excellent service throughout my stay.
