“Water in the shower is very slow”

“The property staff were helpful and friendly especially the the front door staff always greeting us with a smile and willing to help at any moment. Shower was not warm and bathroom sink tough to turn off especially for my wife and the air conditioner stayed cold all the time for 4days even when we tried to adjust the control still stayed cold must not be installed properly. We informed the front desk and received apology only. the hotel seemed to be almost fully booked according to our friends……

“The only complain I would have was for the mattress, too soft for me. Otherwise, everyone was super nice, easy access to mall and to airport. Also recommend the skye bar, it was really enjoyable in the evening”

“We booked a standard room and it was available only on the 2nd floor. We upgrated to a delux room ground floor. Everything was ok, except the rhe wifi was intermittent and no shompoo provided in the bathroom. Overall, we have had a plesant stay for 2 nights. ”
