"Everything about the hotel was great! Location, Cleanliness, Breakfast, Transportation. The only thing I would suggest. We took a taxi from the airport, driver overcharged us it was 75£ ! The hotel will arrange transportion, best to arrange it thru them. Would definitely stay there again!¡"

"Beautiful experience, but be prepared, it is a boat. Our double room was small. However, we spent most of our time on the beautiful sundeck, enjoying the view of the river and sunset. There is no food service other than breakfast, at an additional cost. There are no restaurants close by so we had food delivered, and enjoyed it on the sundeck. The room was clean, although the carpet was stained and worn. The bed was very comfortable. Linens and pillows were comfy. Our room was at water line level so we had the experience of ducks swimming by in the morning. Overall it was a good experience for a night but I wouldn’t spend my whole vacation here."

"The property had a lot of character. The room was spacious. There were lots of things around the hotel. Do you like free gaming machines in nice Terrace Staff were generally helpful and gave me a little support with allergens at the breakfast buffet Reception staff for a bit lethargic and didn’t help with the room cleaning and fresh towels one day which was a bit disappointing"

"Suited my needs perfectly. Close to where I needed to be. Staff excellent. Restaurant is very good although the menu is limited the food was excellent. Bar staff friendly. Room was fine. Had all I needed except a tv. But clean and comfortable."
