“Place was very nice and had everything you would possibly need. Even had ice in the freezer. Accessing the site was very easy. This was the perfect place for our trip to Montauk being 10 miles up the road. Highly recommended. ”

“My husband and I were had reserved this property. Had a hard time finding it because address was skewed on mailbox. When my husband tried to get out of the car 6 or 7 dogs big and small and 1 two legged goat approached the car. They were barking and acted aggressively and did not react to his nice coaxing hoping they would let him pet them. We looked to see if they had collars with tags to show they had their shots but did not really look like it. There was no cell service so we could not...

“The place was not cleaned when we first got there. I contacted the owner and they had a family emergency but came to clean while we were at dinner and visiting relatives. When we came back the place was great, clean and smelled so nice. There were a lot of food options there for a good breakfast, eggs, yogurt, bread, cereal, milk, coffee, creamer and fresh fruit and many more extra items including ice cream! It ended up being a nice stay and would recommend this place!”
