Lidgerwood Vacations from $658

I tried to cancel my reservation with plenty of time, but was told the reservation was non cancellable. So I never stayed at the hotel, but paid full price. Last time you will ever see me make a reservation at this property or with hotels.com. I feel like the property stole money from me

The room was great. Clean and comfortable with plenty of storage. The only downside was there was no hairdryer and when we checked in there, there was not enough towels for 2 people but the staff quickly remedied the towel situation. They were booked solid with a hockey tournament in town linens were a bit scarce, but they made it work. Parking was great. Easy access to Moorhead High School for a sports event and easy to receive food deliveries to our hotel.

The location is convenient for traveling, breakfast was decent and pets are allowed. The hotel is older and could use some upgrades, when we went the elevator was being worked on, so it was inconvenient for our family. The staff is friendly and there is plenty of parking.

Hidden pet Fees!! Even though this is a "pet friendly" hotel, i found out at check out it cost $25 PER dog, so its was an extra $75 for us! They had a posted sign about being away from the desk, turned it around to show me the back, with a page of fine print "proving" the policy. Also, when we couldnt get the firplace to work in the room, the front desk guy came to our room saying he didnt want to come in and get bit by dogs even though i had already told them they were on leash and being held, more than once! Decent hotel, but dont go there if you have dogs!!

The beds are horrible I ended up leaving early
