Every member of the team was warm, attentive and incredibly professional – nothing was ever too much trouble. They created a relaxed, homely atmosphere while still being very efficient. The room was spotless and well presented, the grounds are beautifully kept, and the facilities are excellent – but it’s really the people who take this hotel to another level.
