"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The room was spotless — everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. And the bathroom? Absolutely huge! "Friednly receptionist and very clean. Bathroom small but bed comfy and being at the back of the hotel was super quiet. Lockers for bag storage (extra cost but at 2 euros for a small one which fitted my small suitcase, worth it). Great location too. "

"The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment. My room was one that has been upgraded and it is done to a high standard. The apart-hotel room is spacious, clean, comfortable and I would recommend it. There are some sound issues with the adjoining room, but this is pretty minor. The location is excellent for trains, metro and walking into Vieux Lille. "
