“Duplex très spacieux et bien situé près de la gare. Il faisait très exceptionnellement chaud et l’appartement n’était malheureusement pas climatisé (bon d’accord, nous sommes à Lille) et impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres à cause des restaurants aux alentours et des odeurs de cuisines. J’y retournerai avec plaisir”

“Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. L'accueil est excellent. La politesse au top. La literie très confortable. Le jaccuzi très propre et à bonne température. Le cadre atypique. Super pour se retrouver au calme. Sans oublier le petit déjeuner livré discrètement le matin à l'heure que vous souhaitez.”

“The staff were fantastic–they were very helpful and kind throughout our stay. The rooms are modern, spacious, and clean. The location is unbeatable. An extra plus was the water bottle filling station available to guests (sparkling and still)!”

“Gezellige accomodatie met goede sfeer, de kamer zelf is echter behoorlijk klein maar wel goed schoon. Wij verbleven er met warme dagen en daardoor was de kamer erg warm en zou een airco wenselijk zijn. De gastheer die ons ontbijt verzorgde, (de eigenaar zelf was op vakantie) was een heel aardige en behulpzame man. Deze accomodatie is een fijne plek om te verblijven, als je de straat helemaal uitloopt, sta je in het centrum van de stad.”

“La location était très bien. Idéalement bien placée. Nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue facilement. Logement propre. Juste quelques petits équipements cassés (brosse dans les toilettes, la petite poubelle dans la salle de bain) Et nous avons eu chaud (week-end du 27 et 28 juin) : voir installer une climatisation ou des ventilateurs efficace). Lille est une superbe ville.”

“Brilliant location, efficiently organised and run. Apart from a couple of minor maintenance issues that i made the owners aware of when I arrived, the apartment was ingeniously kitted out and had everything you would need for a short independent stay. The bathroom and bedroom were amazing. The living room needed to be more cosily laid out but was comfortable. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.”

“Good location and very good service. The hotel is bit old and needs to be renovated. Anyhow in terms of price, it is still worthwhile to stay there ”
