“Hotel calme avec grande chambre et terrasse ”

“Amazing charmingly restored 17th century building in a stunning natural setting by the Piedmont Alps. Staff very friendly and attentive, spotless clean and well decorated rooms, comfortable bed, high quality linens, and wonderful breakfast! The hotel has many areas to relax, and many options to explore the astonishing surroundings. I just found a little confusing to understand, on their website at the time of booking, the difference between the Country House and the Guest House Palazzo dei Venti……

“Man skal først gøre sig en ting helt klart ved dette hotel: Det ligger FOR ENDEN af en vej, der fører op i den sydlige del af alperne. Så man skal køre ned af bjerget i ca. 20-30 minutter for at komme til første by med indkøbsmuligheder, ligesom der omkring hotellet er to restauranter og meget lidt internet. Men hvis man kan lide denne isolation i fantastisk natur, så er det perfekt. Omkring hotellet er der masser af forskellige vandreruter. Hotellet ligger lige på kanten af en meget stor……

It tries v hard to provide 5* service. Don't compare it with The Penisula & alike 'cos that's not the goal. Compare it with the family or friend's holiday home where the hotel ski shuttle (to Valtournenche, Cervinia) frequency and timetable is flexible, transfer to Milan is negotiable, kitchen staff will lend you her own mob……

“That night me and my wife check-in very late like midnight, but the hoster still very nice. The room is clean and the view is awesome, can see the ice mountain. And when we leave they even give us a small gift :D we love this family hotel, it is worth to live there”
