“I wasn’t able to stay my first night as the check-in process is all online and they never send me a check in code and wouldn’t respond when I reached out. Music kept up awake until 3:30am as a nightclub/bar is situated directly below, which causes the walls to vibrate. There was also no air conditioning remote. We tried twice to get this sorted during our stay. The first time, they said they would look into it for us, but this never happened. The second time, they promised to send a technician……

“Pros: Perfect location in Miraflores! We loved that the apartment was within walking distance of restaurants, groceries, and the Malecon. Very handy having the washing machine on site. Bathroom was a nice size and very clean. King bed was comfortable. Lots of bedroom storage.
Cons: Never did figure out the wifi. 2 bath towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper for over a 2 week stay. No hand soap, no dish soap (we left the bottle we bought), and no laundry soap (we brought our own). Not sure when……
