Namu exceeded our expectations in every way. The room, the grounds, the spa and especially the staff were exceptional. The front desk staff were extremely helpful before and during our stay. The chef and restaurant staff were great and the food was amazing!

Air conditioning was such a blessing here! The food and drinks were on par with the best in the area. We had a nice private beach area as well. Pool was colder than the ocean and thank goodness it was because it was very warm out when we arrived. The hotel was more quiet than being within all the bars and restaurants but close enough to enjoy at our leisure which we really appreciated. The staff especially Yusmary was very considerate and helpful. We wouldn’t change a thing about our choice to stay here.

We had the best stay at awa!! The property is very tastefully done , location on the beach is perfect , breakfast and just food overall (including the coffee) overall is delicious, and I can’t say enough good things about the staff , esp. Johnny .. he went out of his way to help us with some last minute booking changes that we would’ve otherwise stressed about. I also asked the reception staff about the amazing coffee they serve and they were kind enough to give me a sample !! Overall very relaxing and enjoyable stay and totally worth it !! Highly recommend AWA and we hope to be back

We really enjoyed our stay overall! The views were absolutely beautiful, and the property was very well maintained. The staff was also super helpful, friendly, and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The main issue we had was with the room. Unfortunately, our room did not have AC, which made it uncomfortable at times, especially at night. I think having AC available would make a big difference and would definitely improve the overall guest experience. Aside from that, we really appreciated the beautiful property, the views, and the wonderful staff. With a few improvements to the rooms, this could be an even better place to stay!
