“Wasnt easy to find as wasnt given door number with my booking arrived 2nd day lovely little apartment apart from the stair going up to lounge from kitchen and stairs going down to bedroom i would stay again if those were made easier as im 63 and abit fragile overall a great stay”

“Close to the metro and situated in a good touristic area. There was no warm water and i think there were bed bugs in one of the beds because i woke up with itchy bumps on the arm and legs.”

“This was perfect apartment studio 30 minutes walking to Brussels Midi Zuid Rail station with easy access to train, metro and bus or walking along the canal. It is in a quiet neighborhood next to a school with a wonderful restaurant around the corner. Flemish/French spoken in this neighborhood. I had minimal communication with the owner pre-check in and even though I let the owner know my plans changed from 7 nights to 4 well in advance, Serge insisted that the VRBO linked to Europe (Abritel)……

“Nous sommes extrêmement déçu du logement. Il est très sale , la sale de bain et les toilettes ne sont pas nettoyé. Il y a une très mauvaise odeur dans l'appartement. Le clic clac à un trou ,une fois déplié. La télé ne fonctionne pas. Bref j'en passe, logement à éviter !! ”

“Pros: We loved the location of this apartment. We were close to the train station and were able to walk to almost everything we visited. It was very quiet and tucked away from all noise and traffic. The kitchen was a very pleasant surprise - stocked with bread, milk, juice, butter, jams and coffee. It was extremely helpful to not have to shop for many groceries. It was fairly easy to enter with excellent instructions. The only thing we had trouble with was how to open the gate to get out from……

“Logement entouré de cités dégradées. Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un immeuble dédié à l'hébergement touristiques. Aucune indication extérieure, le numéro de l'immeuble est écrit au feutre. Nous sommes arrivés à 14H30 et comme rien n'est indiqué nous avons cru à une fausse adresse. Nous avons questionnés des habitants des immeubles jouxtant et il ne connaissait pas l'existence de cet "hôtel". Après un quart d'heure d'attente et d'insistance une femme de ménage qui ne parlait pas le français nous à……
