“客房毛巾更換是髒的，希望多注意一些。周邊環境很髒。離車站很近。”

“fantastic hotel, cozy room, helpful receptionist and technician as the room door couldn't lock properly. many nice restaurants nearby and close to tram station.”

“內部裝修美觀. 大堂有免費小食及飲料. 職員態度友善. 房間很舒適, 有回到家中的感覺. 唯一的缺點是沒有升降機, 如果行李太多搬運會比較辛苦.”

“The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Excellent location, within walking distance to major attractions—very convenient. ”

“Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.”

“The service was excellent, but the soundproofing was very poor. At 8:30 AM, there was construction noise, and the next morning, it started even earlier at 7:30 AM. This affected our rest.”

“Close to metro station, supermarket and restaurant. Clean and quiet place to stay.”

“整體不錯，乾淨，職員會幫忙解決問題”
