“My stay at this rental was deeply unsettling and unsafe. The apartment itself has a creepy, neglected vibe, and it only got worst. A serious safety issue occured when a teenager in our group fell through a rotted, unstable deck/ a terrifying and completely preventable accident. Even more concerning, the entrance code to our apartment was the same code used for all other units in the building. This made me feel extremely unsafe as anyone from another unit could have accessed ours at any time.……

“I love older houses, this one was charming, clean and pefect for our family. It had a fully fenced back yard for the dog, a pond and wasn't far from anything. A great stay!”

“Our recent stay at the Bow House exceeded expectations.We were in the area for the U.S. Coast Guard Academy's Family weekend. The Bow House is located in the small coastal town of Niantic. The house is one block from the water and walking distance to many restaurants, bakeries, ice cream shops, etc. We loved the location!!The house itself is beautiful, spacious, spotless and very thoughtfully equipped. Everything we needed was provided (shampoo/conditioner/soap/paper products/laundry……

The adults and children spent many hours cooling off in the water.The property management were very quick to respond to a few issues that occurred during our stay. “Our group spent a fantastic 4 nights here. Beautiful deck with a world-class view. Extensive amenities in the kitchen. The kayaks and fishing poles were appreciated. Very private - feels like the lake is there just for you. The deck can get a lot of sun but the overhang next to the guest house is convenient for anyone who gets overheated. Having an ice maker available with a large group was definitely appreciated. This place is fantastic and we're already planning our next trip down!”
