“Very clean house and nice proprietor. A small breakfast of coffee and pastry is even provided, which is very sweet. Close to the 95 without being loud, and the house feels very safe.Would recommend staying here, especially for the price. Two things I would flag (none of them dealbreakers at all—just information for those that might need it): (1) the very nice host will meet you and show you to your room. “Host was great with communicating. However it snowed while we were there and no one came ever came to lay salt or shovel. I was in town for my daughters cheer competition so i had to come in and out a lot. The property itself was small and cute. Just needs a detailed cleaning on light fixtures and shower water goes from hot to cold 6 times within a single shower use. Oh the snacks were plus so thank you for that! “The inside entrance had no light. The bulb was burned out. The house was not clean. When I walked in the entrance there was dirt and debris all over the floor and on the mat in front of the stairs and on the stairs. I went up the enormous amount of very narrow and steep stairs to the apartment. The stairs would be hard for any elder person to climb because they are so steep and narrow width and there are 16 of them. This should have been clearly shown and described in the ad.
