“It was very quiet on the positive side, however, the hot water was inconsistent, hair dryer didn’t work and everything felt damp as there was no fan in the bathroom. There was no cleaning done and the lights were dim.”

“We liked the fact that the room and property was clean and maintained. What was lacking was the staff didn't execute some basic things. During our multi day stay, I had to ask the staff to refill the coffee pots in the breakfast area. Letting both coffee pots get drained at 7 am? Wars have started over less. Oh and milk as well, ran out of that too. Also there is always a hard copy given at ck. in or in the room with times for ck.out, breakfast,pool,etc. - not here. And lastly, room wasn't……

“I used to stay in Jackson when traveling for business, however I could not take the Hotels in that town, so Picked Worthington instead. Was 100 percent a good decision. Way nicer hotel, the food at breakfast was good, room was clean , staff was friendly. Much better choice than anywhere in Jackson to stay. Will stay here every time going for business from this point forward. Food was easy to find around the hotel for dinner and was a just a better experience then what I'm used too when having to……

“Everything was fine. Comfortable bed, comfortable recliner in my room. We will be staying there again in August when we go see our granddaughter, daughter and son in law. No complaints. I'd give it a 5 but, I've never given a hotel/motel a 5.”
