“The lobby is non-smoking, but smells of smoke because I saw at least 1 employee smoking in the adjacent utility room (an older woman). The lighting all shines down within the room, so it's quite dim - particularly if you're on the ground floor and need to keep the windows shut. The breakfast isn't worth mentioning - we didn't eat it. The rooms are clean and the TV works. The shower is a bit tight but functional.”

“Welcome to the slums of Willmar. This was the most terrible room I've ever stayed in. Carpet was soggy and gross. Never has been replaced. I actually washed my feet before putting my socks and shoes on. Mold growth in the bathroom that was almost covered up by kilz. Bathroom floor felt like it was going to collapse at any time. Caulking around shower/fake tile was gross and dirty. Counterop yellow, scummy, stained not upkept. Room stated it was "smoke free" definitely was not. Smell of the room……

“The room was terrible. The blankets and sheets were either dirty or just stained. There was a hole in the bathroom door. There was tape over the lock on the bathroom door. There was tape over an area separating 2 rooms, where a pocket door was. We didn't take time to look for anything more that was wrong before we left the room and turned in our key.”
