"The hotel is in a great location. It is generally safe to walk around even in the late night. There are good dining options very close to the hotel and Novotel itself has a restaurant with great menu. Overall, excellent hotel in a nice location."

"The rooms was small for three people, we had a double bed and a single bed but the mattress and pillows were so comfortable we all had a good night's sleep! The facilities were great as soon as you come out of lifts there is water filter and other amenities for our stay. We walked to the hawker food court and a shopping centre near by. "

"Hotel in fantastic location close to shopping, restaurants and MRT stop. Breakfast was amazing offering as was room service. Only disappointment, phone handset did not work and fridge not working. The latter we were told by maintenance was not there to cool but only to chill. It did neither nor did it get replaced as he promised. For almost $500AUD per night we expect better."
