“Christchurch has a lot of beautiful places that we would highly recommend. Unfortunately this property is not one of those.The listing mentions the house has quirks that come with old age and mentions it is well maintained.Instead there’s cracks in the windows, the front right bedroom has a smell of mold in the corner and there are sharp edges in the bathroom due to that the floor is cracked and broken.The house is also noisy and not peaceful as mentioned in the listing and was dusty, couches……
