“We are local but we have an adult daughter living with us so we went to just get away, relax & stay cool while he was on vacation from work. We took our dogs with us and since it was very hot, we would walk the dogs in the yards beside & behind the building and we both smoke cigarettes so we would smoke while out there. I put my cigarette butts in the ashtrays around the building and we cleaned up after the dogs too. One of the times I was coming back in the desk lady told me, "just make sure……

“I found the Wingate Mansfield fine. It wasn’t comfortable, but it wasn’t uncomfortable on the plus side. The staff is very friendly. The property is clean. It looks nice. Our room was quiet. We got a good night sleep. The bathroom great and a good size. We had a bath stool in the bathroom that was literally the best seat in the room. The only seat for me to put on socks & shoes and wait for my roommate to finish getting ready since I didn’t want to climb up on the tall beds or roll over his bed……

“As advertised. A very tidy and thoughtful property. The cabin is tiny, bed the pull out and loft are comfortable. It is a studio. The front and back porches expand the space, and of course the wonderful patio. Very nice.”

“We enjoyed the apartment and all of its 1970's paraphernalia. I grew up in the area IN the 1970's so it was all a blast from the past. It was clean and loved that they welcomed pets. Check in and check out was easy. We had some trouble with a broken coffee maker and the bed was rather hard. But owners were responsive. ”

“This Place was the Dirtiest Hotel I have EVER Stayed in ...Not Jus dirty but Layers of Grim in ALL of the " High Touch Areas .. The entire Maintenance staff should be let go ... The wall around the elevators where Fility. the headboards and desk were covered in Grime( Grime that you could acutely Scrape Off ... The Bathroom floor was Disgusting. The area in front of the main lobby was covered in Cigarette buts .. There where a few events in town so I knew i could not find a mother soon so it was……
