"Perfect place for our get together. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Probably the cleanest vrbo that I have ever stayed in. It had everything that we needed, except that I would have loved a tv in each bedroom. On the minus side, the paintwork in the bathrooms needs a little attention. These are minor issues though because we had a great stay."

"We were in Yuba City for a wedding. This is a very nice property in good condition, with an excellent back yard for relaxing with friends and family. Communication with the host was easy, the location was safe, quiet, and very convenient to everywhere we needed to go (including lots of restaurants, shopping, and so forth), with good covered offstreet parking.
