“The blankets had a bunch of brown and black stains so I brought my own to cover over those. The place was cockroach infested and the ground had a bunch of sticky stains. Absolutely unacceptable. Also the air conditioning did not work and did not cool the room even though I had it on blast.”

“There was what I hope was food residue on the sink mirror. One of the lightbulbs in the bathroom flickered. There was a burn mark in the mattress topper despite it being a nonsmoking room. Breakfast was a Sunny D, apples, and a cellophane wrapped pastry. It was less expensive than most other options, but still a poor value.”

“I normally do not give a bad review but from the moment we walked into the front office to check in, it was not good. The lobby smelled like a cat litter box and wet dog. The room was neat but that is as far as the compliments go. We had no hot water the 3 days we were there. The staff was notified and that was the extent of it. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and the ceiling over the bed has water damage and part of it is hanging down. I wore my shoes the whole time because the……
