Not quite what I expected but adequate
This is a residential hotel. Folks live here, and it does mean it’s quiet. Cars don’t move during the day. Shabby, no coffee in room or on premises. Cleaning looked rushed (some hairs left behind in bathroom) Bed cheap and slid on floor. However, I felt safe, it was quiet and an okay deal. Several walking distance restaurants, and Target is also within easy walking distance…crossing 580.

It was a comfortable sleep, which was all I needed. There was no refrigerator nor microwave, but that was okay since restaurants were nearby.
