“We used this lovely home as the location for our bridal party to get dressed and ready for the day. The outside views are stunning. Kentucky farm land at its best. Literally rolling green hills. Our plan was to take all of the wedding photos outside there but unfortunately we got rained out and had to switch locations suddenly. “Every about our stay was top notch! This was our 2nd stay here and I truly wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when coming into town. After a long 8 hour drive, myself & my 85 year old mother were exhausted. And it's nice to feel like you have arrived at your 2nd home. Everything is clean and comfortable. “Cedric’s property was absolutely perfect for our family weekend getaway! Communication was great, they even went out and bought shampoo when we asked if there was any on property. It was perfectly located, 10 minutes from where we were meeting with family. We loved that there were ceiling fans in every room for those hot Kentucky days and nights. The dining room table was spacious enough for 5 of us to eat at and play dominoes! 5 stars all around, we will definitely stay here again when we are...

“Stay here! We came to Owensboro to visit our grandchildren and this was the absolute perfect place! The house is comfortable, there was room to spend time with family and play games, and the kitchen was perfect for making a few home-cooked meals. The hosts have paid so much attention to their guests needs and comfort. Cannot recommend this place more! ”

“Lots of space to move about or have family and friends visit. Found the bed upstairs the most comfortable. All rooms have a TV and plenty of bedding. Could use a welcome basket, basic rules book, guest sign in, and tip envelope for clean up crew.”

It was perfect for our stay while visiting family...and it's great to be able to travel with our fur baby. Even if you don't have pets, it's a great house. There was no sign of pet hair or smell anywhere. ”
