“Nice and well kept hotel”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and in working order. The breakfast was as described; we grabbed a drink and a yogurt on the way out. The hallway rugs were not vacuumed and our room smelled musty. The musty smell subsided somewhat once we turned on the air. Overall a comfortable stay except for the musty smell.”

“Place was a nice place to stay but check in was not good. Needed more help at the front desk to check in. Took us approximately 20 minutes to check in.”

“I stay here for work monthly and I always enjoy my stay. Lovely outdoor pool, great staff, comfortable clean rooms. Breakfast always smells delicious.”

“By accident, I hit the smoking room button and when I asked to change the room, he told me that it would be more for a non-smoking. The room was disgusting. It smelled worse than a dead ashtray. All my clothes smell like smoke and an ashtray my luggage now smells like an ashtray. I didn’t sleep a wink by the time I was done I felt like throwing up There were toilets sitting outside my room. There’s drug addicts and lowlife everywhere. Please do not stay there. It was awful.”

“Room and hotel was very clean, however it seemed the last remodel or update was in the 1990’s. Everything was very dated and old.”

“The guy working behind desk was helpful. When we got to the room we noticed bed was made but had pillows that looked like they came from a crib.(very small) room was missing smoke alarms,light bulbs, Door lock and no trash can for bathroom. Toilet was also dirty. Flat screen TV was apparently cleaned with a dirty rag along with microwave. Nothing extra to give a good review on. Bare minimum is what you get.”

“This room was dirty and there was an infestation of baby files through the WHOLE ROOM!!”

“I had checked in and minutes later got a call about a family emergency and had to leave immediately and was denied a refund request. Also I had to switch rooms because the first one the tub was completely stopped up and water just collected in the tub. The first room smelled of mildew. The second room reeked of pot. There was only one towel. I would rather sleep in my car then ever sleep at this hotel.”
