“I'm a grandmother who travels extensively with my grandkids, who play travel ball. I've stay in hotels all over the united states and this was the first who asked you to pay an additional $30.00 an hour if you requested a late checkout! I thought that the hotels are in the business of providing hospitality, they most definitely are in the wrong business!”

“The hotel and rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and always willing to answer questions and concerns.”

“Didn't use the pool. The breakfast was terrible and for a newer hotel, it needs maintenance. ”

“Accidentally booked 2 rooms a couple hours before showing up, and they made me pay for 2 rooms. Simple accident, but all sales are final, so travel insurance is a waste of money and a scam. The chairs were filthy like some kind of substance was dumped on them. The carpet looked like someone walked through with greasy boots. The bathroom sink was completely clogged and couldn’t drain. The bathroom walls had splatter from the toilet. The ceilings looked like it had mold growing on it. Would not……

“Parking was easy and it was pet friendly, but the walls were nasty. The shower was nasty. There was burning marks on the sheet. There was mold on the ceiling above the toilet.”

“Had to be moved from our first room because the heating/AC unit was falling off the wall. Plaster all over. The room smelled and there were ants crawling on the walls. The second room was not much better. Everything that was metal was rusted, lamps, fixtures etc. The couch had stains and this was a suit! Dirty!”
