“Everything was dirty. The lobby, the elevator, the room. There were greasy fingerprints everywhere as if nothing has been wiped down in years. There was old soap with hair stuck in it in the bathroom. The pillow cases had mascara left over on them, the white duvet had black and gray smudges all over it from what I can only imagine was dirty feet. Everything smelled like they were trying to cover up years of cigarette smoke with glade plug ins. The staff was not friendly or helpful. It took 15……

“Pros: Entrance was nice, room spacious, bed looked neat. Staff was polite and professional. Fridge nice. Cons: Hallway walls were in disrepair and dirty. There was a clump of someone’s hair clippings and crud on the ice bucket, sink dirty, bathtub lining cracked, appearance of soap scum ring, entrance light out, exhaust fan not functioning, 1/2 of outlet in bathroom not working. Hairdryer melted, microwave old, sticky in the door, burned places and function setting indicators worn off and……

“Our ac was out. Apparently staff knew this and didn’t disclose this. ”

“Had to be moved from our first room because the heating/AC unit was falling off the wall. Plaster all over. The room smelled and there were ants crawling on the walls. The second room was not much better. Everything that was metal was rusted, lamps, fixtures etc. The couch had stains and this was a suit! Dirty!”

“Staff was friendly but the room was not clean... especially the bathroom. Cheap place to stay for the night, but would not have felt safe there alone.”
