“Dirt everywhere. Filthy. Stains on sheets, blankets, and pillows and curtains. Dead bugs, in light fixtures and cupboards. Oven looked like it was never cleaned. Holes in walls, furniture was broken, legs hanging off of night tables, table lamp electrical shock when touched. Broken shelves in bathroom. Bathroom not stocked with towels, and regular toiletries. Grimy stains on walls, moldy windows and no grout in shower. Wheelchair ramp not shovelled. Would not recommend and will not go back. ”

“The staff was very very friendly, the breakfast was good the rooms were clean and quiet. Our grandson really enjoyed the pool. The location of the hotel is excellent with shopping and restaurants across the road. Will definitely be staying there again.”
