“The unit was pleasant, clean and comfortable. I loved the fact that there was a washer dryer too! A few tips to the host: For the safety of your guests, please put a nightlight in your bathroom. Also, area rugs should always have a grip mat underneath them. The rug on the floor next to the bed slid as soon as I stepped on it. Both are potential hazards that can be easily avoided.”

“Property was clean and as described. Entrance to the building & unit was a little confusing because there’s a common area that we weren’t sure about. Host was great with communication!”

“Great stay, comfortable place, quiet and close to shops. My only recommendation would be to add a photo of the exterior of the place to help identify it, even if it's only added to the check in info. Overall very nice.”

“Overall the Little Gem was clean and well-appointed. Fans needed to be cleaned. And no cooktop to speak of because there was a wood shelf barely a foot above. Providing an arial view of the location of the condo and the condo number would have been helpful to us when arriving in the deep dark of night.”

“When we first arrived there were open garbage bags and a dumpster overflowing of garbages in front of the property and our units window, there were many flies everywhere. The unit was extremely hot when we first arrived, only has a small window AC in the bedroom which took about 3 hours to cool the entire place down. Dont know why they didnt turn on AC before our arrival? We reached out to the host to let them know about the garbages outside and that we also discovered lots of fruit flies in……

“Nice to have all the appliances and be able to do our laundry. Good location, Wilma was a responsive host. They need better signage - the building has a barber shop in it and 3 people coming for a haircut ended up knocking on our door because they couldn't find the entrance, which is through the Bubble Tea shop. Noisy in the day time but okay for sleeping.”

“Love the quaint style of the suite in the converted older house. The air-conditioning worked very well; however, quite noisy (I don’t think there’s any way around that, however.) could use a couple of flatter pillows as options as the ones there were just too tall. And a couple extra towels would’ve been nice.”
