With two spacious bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, bathroom, and a living room all on one level, the bungalow offers a home-from-home experience for any of its guests. The property has space for two cars and comes with a private back garden which is a beautiful sun trap in the spring and summer months! Located just a short walk from two train stations, direct access to Southport, Manchester, Liverpool and Preston are available in under one hour. Burscough village offers some wonderful local pubs/restaurants/cafes and bars whilst also being home to some fantastic small businesses such as a local butchers, clothes boutique, gift shop, DIY store and bakery. This house is lovely and modern and spotless too! It also has a great fully enclosed garden if you have a dog. Also, what a lovely surprise to find a welcome pack filled with essentials when we arrived. The bungalow is ideally located to use as a base for visiting the surrounding towns and villages and a short walk from the canal and the shops. We would definitely recommend this property.
