The property was nice and always kept cleaned and it’s just a few steps from the Victoria falls and gives you free access to enter which is awesome the staff there are amazing and always greeting you there are animals all over the property which was nice the food was good and the rooms were nice comfy bed and nice hot showers the only complaint I have was there wasn’t enough light outside at night at the hotel and was a bit scary walking and the WiFi was really bad other than that it was a great stay

This is a great experience for those travelling with very small children. Not only were there plenty of facilities and activities for them and the staff child friendly it's only a short walk to the Victoria Falls! perfect for the kids. Seeing wildlife from the comfort of our rooms and all the additional Livingstone adventures made this an unforgettable holiday.

Cannot Beat the Location
We loved Avani at Victoria Falls! There yould not have been a better experience. We were worried that our stay would not be as good as it could have been due to covid-19, but we were very impressed. The staff were all wearing masks. They made us feel welcome from moment one and quickly responded to any concern we had. You CANNOT beat the location! It is a five minute walk to the falls. You can see the falls and then return to your room for a hot bath. There are zebra right next to you constantly. There are also monkeys and elk nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
