"This was a fantastic hotel! Very new so everything clean and up to date. Design and lighting very nice. Bed super comfortable. Room had everything you need (fridge, kettle, good-sized towels). Appreciated having a proper hair dryer and conditioner in the bathroom. Two buses go right from the Locarno station to the hotel and since the hotel offers you a Ticino ticket, I traveled all over the area without having to pay any extra fees in transportation. "Absolutely stunning part of the hniverse. Ideal for humans. Make sure you get a lake facing room with a balcony and so on as I just stopped off for a nap and just took a sungle room without balcony but the view was spectacular through the window. Unfortunately there was some type of office motivational meeting for a company when I visited so all the name badges gave me Betty Ford flashbacks. It was extremely peaceful though, breakfasting was mediocre, bed was very comfortable and showering and...

"We stayed at the hotel in March 2026. The hotel is dated, but clean. The staff were nice. The hotel rooms were clean. But the heat was so high it was very uncomfortable to sleep. Pillows were so soft your head was on the bed despite the pillow. The hotel and staff and patrons looked right out of 1970’s Lawerence Welk show. From the way we were served, to the food"
