“Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! ”

“This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. The opposite of that is the case with this place! It was spacious, comfortable, the view truly is breathtaking and it was spotlessly clean. “Great host and neighbors! Cozy home with many things for the baby and kids. Very convenient location! We came in late fall when the weather wasn’t as predictable but we were able to see gorgeous views - both of the Lake and Mountains. We loved Zermatt, Stresa, Our Lady of the Rock in Locarno, and a boat ride to the Borromeo Islands. Parking in the garage was quite difficult for us Americans but there is street parking available. ”

“This place was amazing with the best views of the lake and mountains. Very big bedroom and nice new kitchen. A little confusing about parking since this property does not offer free parking and you will have to figure out where to park and for how long. Read city signs carefully. ”

“The property is absolutely top-notch. The location is STUNNING!! My only problem was, being a person with mobility issues (I walk with a cane), I didn't realize that there were over 50 steps down to reach the property. Otherwise, we enjoyed everything about it, and only wish we could have stayed longer!”
