“The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain.”

We had children and grandchildren coming from different countries, total of 11. The house is so beautiful and spacious and all the gathering areas near the pool, family room and outside made it so comfortable. The meals were exceptional and so generous. “Stayed four nights and were blessed with great weather. Really quiet location but only a few miles off the dual carriageway. Easy access to Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Paignton with Goodrington being dog friendly and also not too far away. Accommodation itself was clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. Field beyond the garden was great for the dog and quiet lanes also good for early morning "walkies"! Happy to recommend! ”

Beds were very comfortable with fluffy pillows and cosy duvet. Smart TV and strong WiFi reception. Not only would I recommend, but I've already rebooked! Dog friendly too! ”
