The room was fine. But the service was very unfriendly, uncooperative, just not what you would expect from a Hilton. We accidentally left a cell phone in the room and staff would not let us retrieve it, just 10 minutes after checking out. We waited almost 45 minutes to get the phone. Staff were generally not helpful. Parking garage is immense with Very poor signage. Many other guests having problems with the parking. And they charge $24 for this. Altogether Disappointing.

"The hotel was clean, good free breakfast. They even have wine night on Tuesday and Friday 5-6pm which great to start the night. When I check into my family suite the sink in the bathroom wasn’t draining well but they fix it right away. So I was very impressed and definitely will come back."
