I ABSOLUTELY LOVEEE EVERYTHING ABOUT.MY STAY HERE. THE STAFF WAS AMAZING,.THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT. WE WERE THERE BECAUSE MY FAMILY MEMBER BOOK A GLOW IN THE DARK POOL PARTY FOR HER DAUGHTER THE NIGHT OFF, EVEN THAT WAS A BLAST. I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK TO STAY HERE AND WILL BE COMING BACK AS SOON AS I GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO

We have stayed here a handful of times for ease to the airport. Had to switch rooms upon arrival, which was a first. The room had a heavy medicinal musty smell that was giving us a headache. They immediately switched us and our room was great. Only issue in this room, the morning of check out, we flushed the toilet and our sink filled up and wouldn’t drain. Super weird, never had seen that before! In this hotel or any other place Otherwise, we love this hotel because of the staff!!! We can’t express enough on how wonderful every person is, just the nicest, most sincere staff! Some challenges on this stay, but I promise the staff really makes for an amazing experience! Thank you!!!

Everything was fine.

I didnt have the breakfast. My room wasn't cleaned, nor towels replaced, on second night of my day. On the day I was checking out, someone pounded on the door, like a police officer, twice while i was showering, and attempted to enter the room. It was double locked, so they didnt get in. I had to yell from the shower for them to go away. It was strange...
