Road trip

We chose this hotel for our stay in Logrono. It was ok. The room was suitably for a couple of nights but it wouldn’t have suited us for anything longer. The lack of windows in the breakfast room made it feel uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok but not as good as others we had experienced elsewhere. The staff were friendly and efficient. Overall a ok hotel

Would not choose this hotel again

Our check in was late as the rooms were not ready. We have a 4 month old baby and a toodler so this was quite an inconvenience. Once we were in, the room was stinking of bleach-we had to open the window and close the bathroom door as the smeels was really strong. The rooms were quite outdated. The location was great and the beds were really comfy too.

Extremely helpful staff, great location for shopping and day-tripping, short walk to in-town amenities and night life. Air conditioning was adequate but limited. You can get a better long term rate from the parking lot (Indigo) directly, rather than purchasing through the hotel.

Amazing Stay

Very convenient location to bars, restaurants, and shops. David the bartender at the hotel was my favorite part of our stay there. This month will be his 20 year anniversary and I hope he sees this review THANK YOU FOR YOUR 20 YEARS DAVID!! The other staff were also very accommodating and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Unprofessional staff

I am writing to report an incident involving a member of the hotel staff during our recent stay at the hotel. On 9 May, my wife was approached by a staff member who touched her face without consent and made unwelcome remarks along the lines of "you are very cute". This behavior is deeply concerning and unacceptable. As guests, we expect professionalism and respect from staff at all times. Unfortunately to make it worse, when addressed to the hotel manager, he didn't apologise or anything just said that he will not do anything and if we want we should go to the police. We demand that this matter will be taken seriously and expect a prompt respond.

Vi blev tyvärr besvikna på vår vistelse. Rummet var betydligt mindre än vi hade förväntat oss och luftkonditioneringen fungerade mycket dåligt. Det var alldeles för varmt på rummet, vilket gjorde det svårt att sova och påverkade hela vistelsen negativt. Badrummet var inte ordentligt städat vid ankomst och toaletten var dessutom mycket svår att spola, vilket kändes märkligt för ett hotell i den här prisklassen. Det som däremot var riktigt bra var frukosten. Den hade ett bra utbud, höll hög kvalitet och var utan tvekan hotellets stora plus. Tyvärr väger inte den fina frukosten upp de övriga bristerna, så vi skulle inte välja att bo här igen.

El mejor hotel de Logroño para hospedarte. Cerca de todo, muy buen servicio y muy atento el personal. El único detalle es que no tienen plancha disponible. Todo lo demás excelente!

Hotel clásico en zona céntrica. Personal de recepción muy amable y profesional. La habitación, correcta y las camas cómodas. Se echa en falta colgadores en la entrada. En la ducha faltaba una pieza del grifo, lo cual era algo molesto. Párking cercano, muy práctico.

Excelente habitación y ubicación

Es la segunda vez que vamos, la habitación familiar es fantástica, 2 habitaciones comunicadas con 2 baños. Camas muy cómodas, buena climatización y en pleno centro. Mencionar que tenía puesto el cartelito de no molestar y vinieron del servicio de habitaciones a traer una toalla que no había pedido, se equivocaron de habitación, pero a mí me despertaron de la siesta.
