"Great resort, the beach is stunning, the rooms are clean, the staff are excellent, polite and super friendly. Our room was excellent with beachfront view, clean and with amazing view of the beach, and especially sun set. The staff did go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and unforgettable. The resort is well located, great dinner buffets, and great atmosphere. Our tour to Maya bay was unforgettable and our scuba diving experience with Apple was the one to remember for a long long time. 100% recommend "

"We stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe Bungalow, which we liked everything about. The bedroom was spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was large and clean, with a huge shower. We also had a large front patio, which we enjoyed. The breakfast is very good in the restaurant right on the beach. The food choices were good and what was supposed to be hot, was hot, and foods that were supposed to be cold were cold. The staff were wonderful, super friendly and helpful. Short walks to dining, shopping, sights. Well done Sand Sea Resort. We would stay here again. "

"This place has everything ready for you to relax and enjoy the quiet views of the sea. We got a oceanfront room. It was spacious and pristinely clean. The AC was not working properly and they fix it in no time. The resort has their own app and you can do everything there. From ordering food to booking tours or request a buggy if you don’t feel like walking around the huge property. The staff was amazing and friendly. Definitely a place to recommend."

"Great stay overall but not everything was perfect. Pros: - big room with an amazing view. - nice and comfortable beds. - clean and housekeeping did a great job. - amazing huge pool. - staff were super friendly and helpful. - location is great, you're in the middle of all the action but it's still very nice and quite at the hotel. - perfect for a family stay with kids. There is a kids club and a kids swimming pool. - breakfast and a la carte were very good. Cons: - AC was very tricky to use, you can change the temperature but it reverts back to whatever default setting after some time (20 degrees but feels like 15). Most of the time we left it off to avoid it. - due to some issues with the AC the floor becomes completely wet and slippery. We had to leave the room and asked the staff for help. They cleaned it and provided a dehumidifier, and while it helped a lot it was super loud. While we had a couple of issues, the positives outweigh the negatives and it was a great stay."

"The hotel was beautiful, clean, polite staff. The pool area and restaurant were lovely too. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were great with an outside patio area. I didn't travel with any childen but the kids club and children's pool was perfect for families with small children."
