Everything was really walkable. 30min walk away from the train station, it almost put me off, but Bologna is a really good city to walk with suitcases (we got a huge suitcase and a small one). The B&B was in a quiet location. The host that received us was super helpful, giving us all his favourites food spots. There is not in-front desk so if you are not there at 3pm for the check in. "Bruno is an excellent person very caring and ready to help in every thing, when it was no bus to return he didn’t hesitate to come to the train station to pick me up. He gave me a very nice welcome and he help me during my check out taking me to the bus stop. The only problem is distance between main cities, so you will need a car because the transportation is very limited. Also he will need to ask the cleaning lady to do a deep cleaning specially removing the spider and cobwebs. "

"We stayed 3 nights and although we never met our hosts, Massimo and Filippo had been very helpful about checking in. We had a 4th floor room with a rooftop view. Bed was comfortable, and the bathroom huge! Just in the same street were sone restaurants, bars, and we were close to walk to everything. Best location."
