"I was very impressed with Atmosphere. The hotel is very nice as is the restaurant. The staff is extremely kind and helpful especially considering the language barrier. Loket is a beautiful little town that I totally enjoyed. The breakfast they have is of course European style but very nice. Their dinner menu had things that I enjoyed very much. I can’t stress enough how helpful and kind the staff is. Five stars and I would go back again in a heartbeat."

"On the day of check in, we had come back to book for spa, lady at the reception does more than this job..l she takes care of other things as well.. but even after spotting us , she continued doing other stuff for another 5 to 7 mins, which was bit annoying.. breakfast was not as mentioned in the reviews.
