"This is an older home that has had some refurbishments. It could use a few more, but it has what it needs. To me, I care more about if a rental is clean than if it is new and fancy. It was clean, but it did smell a bit like dog (maybe from previous renters?) in some places. One of the main bedrooms was only separated from the living room by a curtain. That didn't matter to us, because we all went to bed at the same time. But if you have a late-night tv watcher, this might cause a problem for...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Mount Hermon Redwood retreat. The kitchen was fully stocked. Very clean and well organized. We really enjoyed cooking dinner. The town of Felton was adorable. We went to the Redwood Loop Trail that was very close and it was absolutely beautiful. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!"

"It was my 70th birthday and we booked two suites. Check in was a breeze - they allowed us to the rooms early, made sure the rooms were next to each other, carried our luggage to our rooms. I couldn't be happer with the selection and will definitely recommend. The only thing was being able to let people know where we were staying. Having the name Sonesta Suites would have been helpful to help our friends find the location."
